Bitvocation is currently an unfunded passion project, dedicated to providing valuable resources and insights for individuals interested in pursuing careers in Bitcoin. With a focus on education and accessibility, the goal is to empower Bitcoiners with the knowledge and tools they need to find their first job in the industry.

With the BTX, we're taking things one step further and offer you a practical way to put your first work experience in Bitcoin on your resumé.

Bitvocation Talent Exchange (BTX) offers Bitcoin enthusiasts the chance to gain practical experience in the industry through collaborative projects, enhancing their CVs and networking opportunities.

BTX members will not be financially compensated but receive the benefits listed below in return for their contribution. This programm aims to attract only Bitcoiners who want to authentically be able to establish their first proof of work and therefore consider this exchange a win-win.

• Access to the POW LAB: Enhance your visibility on LinkedIn 
• Referrals and Recommendations: You'll be in Anja's "little black book" and be top of mind for referrals and recommendations when opportunities arise

We have a list of partnership goals and just need someone to tackle this list (this is not a sales or fund raising role, we are not asking anyone for money :) but we do want to form a mutually beneficial affiliate partnerships with other Bitcoin organisations.

This group will not be part of BTX, since many writers might choose just to submit a one-off article. However, by joining this group you can actively influence the content on Bitvocation and also create a reputation for yourself and build your proof of work in the form of creating content. Our goal is to have tipping buttons under each article, so that readers can reward you by sending some sats, and you are incentivized to create content you are proud of.
